Batch convert multiple documents to PDFs

Save time and convert multiple office documents using the included GUI application or command-line utility to automate conversion on the server. Output PDF files keep the original name to further automate the process. The Convert2PDF batch conversion application can easily mass convert common office documents (e.g. .DOC, .XLS, etc.) to PDF or post-process existing Adobe PDF files.

The batch conversion program is designed to handle the batch conversion of pre-selected groups of documents retrieved from a folder. The converted documents are saved in the user-specified target folder as PDF files. As with the virtual printer, this tool also allows the user to modify the settings and parameters to be used for the conversion. The conversion of the multiple selected files is handled as a batch process – i.e. after creating a list of the files to be converted, the program converts all of the selected files into the PDF.
